Custodia Bank is a Wyoming-chartered special purpose depository institution. Custodia serves as the network's designated stablecoin issuer and blockchain infrastructure provider. Among the first institutions designated as a stablecoin issuer under Wyoming law, Custodia will be automatically grandfathered as a Payment Stablecoin Issuer under the GENIUS Act upon enactment — giving the network a fully compliant, federally recognized issuer from day one.
